This auditorium interior was designed as part of a project developed in January for the Oman Convention Center in collaboration with Kuwait Gulf Consult. The design focuses on a clean, contemporary aesthetic with a warm and minimal material palette to create a refined and comfortable viewing environment.

The seating layout is carefully organized on stepped platforms to ensure clear sightlines and optimal viewing angles for all occupants. High-quality Tail seating by Lamm has been integrated into the design, providing ergonomic comfort while maintaining a sleek and modern appearance.

Natural wood wall paneling and soft neutral tones were selected to enhance the acoustic performance and visual warmth of the space. Linear recessed ceiling lights and subtle step lighting guide circulation while creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Full-height vertical curtains on the side wall introduce soft daylight control and add a sense of height and elegance to the auditorium.

Overall, the design balances functionality, acoustics, and modern aesthetics to deliver a comfortable and visually cohesive auditorium environment suitable for conferences, presentations, and cultural events.

This elevation showcases a neoclassical-inspired design, blending grandeur with elegance. The symmetrical facade is defined by tall, ornate columns with Corinthian capitals that frame the entrance, creating a commanding presence. The large arched windows on both levels enhance the verticality of the structure, allowing natural light to flood the interior while adding architectural sophistication. Above the central entrance, a pediment with intricate carvings adds a touch of classical elegance, reinforcing the historic design influences.

The front doors, crafted in rich wood, serve as a warm contrast to the light stone facade, leading visitors into the home with a sense of grandeur. The use of vertical lines and recessed window frames creates depth and shadows, giving the elevation an added dimension of complexity.

In the foreground, a circular fountain anchors the front yard, adding a layer of luxury and a sense of arrival. The perfectly manicured lawn and symmetrical potted plants further enhance the sense of order and refinement that characterizes the overall aesthetic.

To the side, a classic carport supported by columns complements the architectural style, tying in seamlessly with the classical features of the house. The structured driveway, paved in warm-toned bricks, leads visitors directly to the entrance, completing the design with both practicality and elegance.

This magnificent house elevation showcases a classic architectural design, blending elegance with intricate detailing. The symmetrical layout, arched windows, ornate moldings, and grand entryway create a timeless and luxurious appearance. It was a complete house design, including both the exterior and interior, spanning over 18,000 square feet in total.

The exterior also features a landscaped front yard with a central fountain, enhancing the grandeur of the overall design.
